In addition to the two blocks of hotel rooms we have set up, we have blocked a dormitory building at the University of Vermont- located directly across the street from the DoubleTree Expo Center. It is a 12 minute (0.4 mile) flat walk between the show and the dorms.

The University Heights Complex is a recently-upgraded unit. Each private room has two twin beds and a full bathroom. Rooms have AC. Each floor has a community room and small kitchenette. There is a fully-stocked community kitchen on the ground floor that will be available to use.

Single-occupant rooms are $96 per night

Double-occupant rooms are $140 per night

Parking passes for the dorms are $9 per day

Your room and parking charges will be due with your second half of your booth rent for the show. We will send you a separate invoice for the room/parking. Payment will be due May 1st, 2026.
