Please do not fill out this form unless you have submitted a booth deposit form. The prices below reflect the $100 booth deposit already paid.

Do you need to rent chairs or tables? You can pay for these below as well. Choose the number of tables and chairs you need to rent. Price includes 3% credit card fee. If paying by check pay the lesser amount.

If paying by credit card, enter the number of tables/ chairs you are paying for today.

Your first payment is 50% of your booth rent. Please check your booth size below. The amount shown below the size reflects the 3% added fee for credit cards. If paying by check please pay the amount listed without the fee.
