Ashland University- Dorm/ Meal Signup

In addition to the two blocks of hotel rooms we have set up, we have blocked a dormitory building at Ashland University- located on campus. It is a 10 minute (0.4 mile) flat walk between the show and the dorms.

The Campus Senior Housing is a recently-upgraded unit. Each private suite has a total of four twin-beds and two full baths located in two rooms. (two twin beds and a full bathroom per room). Suites have a kitchen and living room, as well as AC. Each floor has a community room and laundry facilities. Parking is available.

Each Suite is $190 per night.

Linens are not provided (beds are XL twins if you prefer to bring your own)

Linens can be rented for $60 and include:

1 Twin Fitted Sheet 

1 Twin Flat Sheet 

2 Pillowcases 

3 Bath Towels 

2 Washcloths 

1 Blanket.

Pillows can be rented for an extra $7

Your room and parking charges will be due with your second half of your booth rent for the show. We will send you a separate invoice for the room/meals. Payment will be due June 15th, 2026.

Optional Meals Plans

Meal plans are open to all attendees, vendors and teachers. The Dining Hall is located in the same building as the Quilt Show, on the ground floor. This is a large cafeteria style, all-you-can-eat, option. There are numerous types of food, hot, cold, salad bar, sandwich bar, dessert station etc. Vegetarian and Vegan options will be available as well. You can prepay for whichever meals you prefer to lock in the group rate.

*The Dining Hall is a cashless facility- you can purchase meals using a credit card, without a prepaid meal plan, but walk-in dining is limited and cannot be guaranteed. There are also other grab-and-go cafe's and vending machines located around campus.

Breakfast $13.00 per day (open 7am-8am)

Lunch $16.50 per day (open 11am-1pm)

Dinner $19.50 per day (open 4pm-6pm)
