(SOLD OUT) Machine Quilting Feathers

Ever wanted to learn how to machine quilt classic feathers but felt too intimidated to try?  Learn how to design and quilt a variety of feather designs for blocks and borders in  this class.  Bring a quilt top for advice on possible designs. Take  your quilting up a notch and bask in the admiration of your fellow quilters!  Remember, practice makes perfect. We will be using tabletop sewing machines.

Class requirements:  scissors, contrasting thread, sharpie marker, a 24" x 36" quilt sandwich that is made up of muslin and cotton batting that is sewn down the middle (length and width) and the edges.

Students should bring a variety of marking tools too- frixion pen, chalk pen, mechanical pencil, water or air erasable pen.

Sewing Machines will be generously provided for students from Bernina/ Hinkletown Sewing Center

 Irons, Rotary cutters and mats will be provided.
