Simple Surface Texture (OH)

Discover how cording, padding and stuffed trapunto can add surface texture to your quilted designs.  Create a Jacobean flower and berry design using all three of these raised work techniques.  Hand work. All levels.

Kit Fees: $5 (payable to instructor in class) for fabrics for the quilt top, yarn, needle, and stuffing for trapunto work.

Needle and contrasting thread for basting

Toothpick or small stuffing tool

Small, sharp-pointed scissors and seam ripper

Thimble and other basic sewing supplies
