Set Sail with Legit Kits! Have you been eyeing those stunning Legit Kits quilts, but feel a little intimidated to dive in? This is your chance to test the waters with Sail Away! Join Julie for a creative adventure as she demystifies foundation paper piecing and shares her best tips and tricks to ensure smooth sailing. We’ll all be working on the same beautiful project—and one lucky quilter will even go home with the entire kit! But don’t worry, everyone leaves a winner with a fun mini project to finish at home. Whether you're brand new to the technique or just looking to build confidence, you'll leave ready to tackle any Legit Kits pattern like a pro.

Kit fee:

$20 includes small project containing pattern and fabrics

Class Supplies:

• Add-A-Quarter Ruler

•Scotch Repositionable Glue Stick–an amazing aid to foundation paper piecing

•Fine piecing pins –for precisely matching seams

•Fabric Scissors AND Paper Scissors

• Cutting Mat (at least 12” x 18”) & Rotary Cutter (new blade suggested)

• A 6”x 12” Ruler– for trimming up blocks after assembly

• Sewing machines to be provided with thread and bobbins

• General sewing kit–scissors, pins, seam ripper, machine needles, extension cord, comfy

cushion for your chair, chocolate, etc.
