Legit Kits: Mini Birds (IN)

Have you wanted to try a Legit Kits quilt but felt intimidated by the complexity or fabric requirements? Let Julie guide you through creating a stunning 20”x 15" wall hanging, Choose from 3 "Mini Birds" patterns- Cardinal, Blue Jay or Goldfinch – patterns only available through a certified instructor. No prep is needed—fabric kits with foundation papers, top fabrics, the pattern, and instructions are provided! Perfect for beginners, this class will teach you techniques and tips for a successful finish, giving you the skills to confidently tackle any Legit Kits quilt in the future.

Kit Fee: Mini Bird of your choice- $79 includes pattern and all fabric to complete- Will be added to your ticket price below.

Class Supplies:

•Legit Kits Pattern and Fabrics Kit–$79 payable with class registration

• Add-A-Quarter Ruler

•Scotch Repositionable Glue Stick–an amazing aid to foundation paper piecing

•Flower head pins or similar–these larger pins are for organizing your sewing efficiently

• Fine piecing pins –for precisely matching seams

•Fabric Scissors AND Paper Scissors

• Cutting Mat (at least 12” x 18”) & Rotary Cutter (new blade suggested)

• A 6”x 12” Ruler– for trimming up blocks after assembly

• Sewing machines will be provided with thread and bobbins
