Do you have fat quarters that you do not know what to do with? This quilt is the perfect quilt to use up those fat quarters. This quilt is traditionally pieced and is a really fast a fun quilt to make. The squares will be 12 inches finished. I will show you how to cut up your fabrics and how to sew these beautiful curves! Do not be scared! This is beginner friendly! The kit provided will have the pattern and a couple fat quarters ready for you to practice with before you jump into your own colorway. This quilt is about 70”x 84” depending on your borders. These make great Holiday quilts, child quilts or veterans quilts. You can make this quilt bigger or smaller as you see fit. Each pair of fat quarters makes 2 blocks

Kit Fee: $8 - includes a few fabrics and pattern- kit is required and will be added to your class ticket price below.

Supplies Needed:

*Sewing Machine

• 24 fat quarters – 12 pair of contrasting fabrics

• Border fabric will depend on what size you cut them- you can pick this later if you would like

• 12 1/2” square ruler

•A 6”x 24” Ruler

•18x24 Cutting Mat & Rotary Cutter (with new blade)

• thread and bobbins

• General sewing kit –scissors, pins, seam ripper, machine needles, extension cord, comfy cushion for your chair, pen and paper, chocolate, etc.
